How long will my order take to arrive?

Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, we ship orders within 5-7 business days. This processing time will change during the holiday season. Please see our announcement banner for any shipping delays.

Delivery times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method:

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days via USPS Ground Advantage
Express Shipping: 2-3 business days via USPS Priority Mail

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Can I return or exchange my jewelry if I'm not satisfied?

Yes! If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you have 10 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging.

Unfortunately, custom or personalized pieces are non-returnable. If you need to start a return, simply contact our support team, and we’ll guide you through the process. Please note that return shipping costs may apply.
