Every KinMarked piece is hand-stamped and personalized just for you. Because of the care that goes into creating your jewelry, please allow about one week for us to craft your order before it ships. We promise it’s worth the wait—your piece will be made with love and marked with meaning.
After processing, standard shipping via USPS typically takes 5-7 business days, while express delivery arrives in 2-3 business days.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way!

Because each piece is personalized, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom orders. However, if there’s ever an issue with your jewelry, please reach out—we want you to feel delighted with your KinMarked piece, and we’ll do our very best to make it right.
Yes! Every KinMarked piece is covered by our 90-day warranty. If your jewelry has any issues with craftsmanship or materials within the first 90 days, we’ll happily repair or replace it.

Our jewelry is designed for comfort and is made with hypoallergenic, nickel-free, and lead-free materials.
We work with 14k gold-filled and sterling silver—high-quality metals made to last. Gold-filled is not the same as plated; it’s a very thick layer of real gold bonded permanently to a base metal, giving you lasting shine without the high cost of solid gold. Sterling silver is timeless, bright, and beautiful. Both are perfect for everyday wear and special moments alike.

Your KinMarked jewelry is designed for everyday wear, but like all fine jewelry, it will shine longest with a little care. Store it in a dry place, polish with the included cloth, and avoid harsh chemicals or prolonged water exposure. A little love will keep your piece beautiful for years to come. Every KinMarked order arrives in our signature white keepsake box with gold-foiled logo, champagne ribbon, and a soft polishing cloth. It’s ready for gifting—or for treating yourself to something special. We are also happy to include a gift note. We do not include a packing slip in our shipments, as you can always print one by visiting your account page. We are gifting experts and do everything we can for a memorable experience.
