You’ll receive a copy of your request by email right away, and we’ll receive it too. We personally review every request, confirm each detail with you, and send you an invoice once finalized. You can expect to hear from us within 1-2 business days. We may contact you via email or phone. If you have a preference, please let us know in the quote request.

Because gold and precious metal prices change daily, quotes are valid for 3 business days. If your quote expires, just let us know and we'll happily send you an updated price. You will have three business days to pay your invoice before it expires.

Once you've approved every detail, we'll send you a secure invoice to complete your purchase. Your piece goes into production as soon as payment is received.

Because each piece is made to order just for you, please allow 2-3 weeks from payment to delivery. If you have a special date in mind, let us know when you request your quote and we’ll do our best to make it happen. Keep in mind popular gifting holidays and delayed shipping carriers may impact your delivery speed. Please shop early.

Many pieces can be personalized with names, dates, or engraving. Available options appear as you design, and we'll double check every spelling with you before your piece is made. KinMarked Fine Jewelry collection is personalized via engraving, unlike our signature hand-stamping technique used on our standard demi-fine collection.

Options vary by design and may include yellow gold, white gold, rose gold, platinum and a range of genuine gemstones, diamonds, as well as imitation gemstones. You’ll see every available option for each piece as you customize it.

Because each KinMarked fine jewelry piece is made to order just for you, all fine jewelry sales are final. That’s why we confirm every detail with you before production begins. In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, contact us within 3 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Sales tax, if applicable, is calculated when your invoice is created, based on your shipping address.

Every piece is carefully inspected by us and then beautifully packaged in KinMarked gift packaging. It ships fully insured to your door via UPS 2nd Day Air and may require a signature.

KinMarked Fine jewelry is priced honestly from the start, based on today’s precious metal rates, so sitewide promotions and discount codes don’t apply to this collection.
