SHIPPING & WARRANTY

Production:

Production time is the time it takes BEFORE your order ships. Each piece is made by hand in our Ohio studio, and we strive to get each order out as soon as possible. Most orders are ready to ship in about 5 business days (Business days are M-F). Please expect delays during the holidays and shop early for the best experience!

Shipping:

We offer FREE US Standard Shipping on orders over $125. Orders under $120 ship for $8 via USPS Ground Advantage. (We ship from Ohio. Approximately 3-5 business days for Ground Advantage - Does not include stated processing time)

Need it sooner? We have two shipping service upgrades available at checkout. USPS Priority Mail (approximately 2-3 business days) and USPS Expedited/Overnight which can take 1-2 business days.

We also offer International Shipping for $15. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.

Warranty:

All jewelry comes with a 90-day warranty for any defects in your chains, jump rings, or clasps. Please email us if you experience any issues with your jewelry and we'll get you taken care of! We also offer repair service and lifetime tarnish removal for a nominal fee. Please email us for more info. You will be responsible for shipping both ways (approximately $15 total).
