Production time is how long it takes to make your order BEFORE it ships. Every piece is made by hand in our Ohio studio, and our current production time is 5-7 business days (Monday through Friday).

Shipping time is how long your order is in transit AFTER it ships.

Production time + shipping time = when your order will be delivered to you.

Standard - USPS Ground Advantage. 5-7 business days in transit. $5 flat rate, and FREE on orders over $125.

Upgrade - UPS 2-Day Air. $15. About 2 business days in transit. This speeds up delivery, not production, so your order still needs 5-7 business days to be made.

Production time runs longer during the holidays and other busy gift seasons. The current production time is always posted in the banner at the top of every page, so that number is the one to trust.

We currently ship within the United States only. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
