Shipping policy

LOCAL TOLEDO, OHIO CUSTOMERS ONLY: Use code: LOCALPICKUPONLY to be eligible to porch pickup your order.  We will send a text or email once your order is ready in 4-7 days with our address. Any order placed using this code that is not local will be canceled immediately.

We use USPS to ship orders. We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders of $100 USD or more within the United States. Domestic orders under $100 ship for a flat rate of $5. Standard shipping will take approximately 5-7 days to arrive after processing your order. We make each order by hand as it comes in and have a processing time of up to one week. Busy holidays will lengthen that processing time, so please shop early. Current processing time changes will be listed on the home page and announced on social media.

We offer USPS Priority Mail Upgrade for $15 which typically takes about 3 days to arrive after processing. This is NOT a guaranteed service and always takes longer during the busiest holidays.
